Welcome! With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I’ve dedicated my career to serving military personnel and their families. As a military psychologist, my primary goal is to ensure the mental well-being of service members, empowering them to perform their duties safely. I also have the privilege of training fellow psychologists in this specialized field.
In my role on leadership teams, including as co-chair of our departmental staff wellness program serving approximately 300 employees, I’ve led initiatives prioritizing staff well-being and cultivating a supportive environment for essential healthcare workers.
My expertise lies in innovating healthcare systems, integrating mental health services into routine medical visits, and advancing virtual behavioral health (VBH). I’m passionate about leveraging VBH, particularly through virtual group therapy, to broaden access to evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes. Through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, I’ve optimized processes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
I’m committed to advancing VBH and fostering a healthy workplace culture through continuous improvement, ethical innovation, and a focus on organizational health and employee well-being.
